The answer to this question is not as simple as you would imagine. The pharmacy Industry is highly regulated and owning a pharmacy is provided for in the law depending on which country you are from. Some countries only allow those who have a medical background to own a pharmacy. Some countries go even further to only allow pharmacists to own pharmacies.
But if you live in Zambia then you have to consider it a blessing because no matter your background, you can own a pharmacy. However it’s not as easy as that. There are many nuances and regulatory processes that you have to go through in order to fully own a pharmacy.
